Minimum Order Amount

USD $1,000 minimum wholesale order is required.

Shipping Options

We ship by International Courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx) or ocean cargo in shared or dedicated container

Customers may choose any shipping company with agents in Ningbo port (China)

Customer is responsible to inform us at time of order of any label and packaging requirements for receiving country customs

Shipping Recommendations:

• Orders under 1 CBM or $4,000 USD: Ship by air (7-day delivery)
• Orders over 1 CBM or $4,000 USD: Ship by sea (30 days to America, 60 days to Europe)

Terms

All quoted prices are FOB Ningbo

Sea shipments under $5,000 USD incur $250 USD fee for customs documents and inland shipping

Payment terms: 30% deposit at time of order, 70% at delivery in Ningbo

Production time: 6 weeks (unless otherwise advised at Sales Confirmation)

Refunds

All shortages and product issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt

Defective and damaged merchandise must be documented with emailed photos

When above conditions are met, we will either issue account refund or replace merchandise
